About the Role

As an Analytics Engineer in the Data Team, you will contribute to the design and evolution of analytical pipelines that power business insights. You will consolidate the single source of truth, maintain analytical models, and manage a data stack that scales with the company's growth across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using dbt and Dagster.
• Build and maintain business-oriented models using cube.dev to ensure BI-ready datasets.
• Implement automated testing and monitoring to ensure data quality, documentation, and availability.
• Act as a technical partner to Business Unit teams to translate business questions into technical requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data quality incidents to ensure platform reliability.
• Enable self-service analytics and emerging agentic solutions to empower users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar data role.
• Familiarity with the Modern Data Stack, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and orchestration tools.
• Strong interest in the healthcare sector and medical data normalization standards like HL7 and FHIR.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to data quality.
• Fluent in English and French.

Skills

• SQL mastery including window functions and query optimization.
• Experience with Python orchestrators such as Airflow or Dagster.
• Data governance, lineage, and documentation.
• Data visualization expertise with tools like Metabase, Superset, or Tableau.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools like Cursor or Claude.
