About the Role

Implicity is building its US commercial engine and seeks a dedicated marketing hire to own the full US marketing scope, from positioning to pipeline, with strategic autonomy. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the commercial trajectory of Implicity in the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Refine Implicity's US positioning strategy, prioritizing market segments and tailoring the narrative for US cardiologists and health systems.
  • Localize Implicity's messaging for the US market, adapting core positioning to US healthcare dynamics, RPM billing codes, and FDA-cleared AI differentiation.
  • Build and maintain US-specific sales collateral, including pitch decks, competitive battle cards, ROI calculators, and clinical one-pagers.
  • Run continuous market intelligence to monitor competitor moves and synthesize findings into actionable briefs for US Sales and the global team.
  • Produce content for US audiences, such as clinical updates, product news, thought leadership, and client case studies.
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives like Medical Advisory Board engagement and product roadmap feedback loops.
  • Own the US demand generation strategy end-to-end, defining channels, ABM approach, and building a repeatable lead generation engine.
  • Maximize Implicity's US online and offline footprint through initiatives like webinars, emails, press releases, content creation, and website optimization.
  • Generate and nurture MQLs, handing them off to the US sales team.
  • Own end-to-end US account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, copywriting, and email cadences.
  • Manage the US paid acquisition budget and channel mix (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, industry sponsorships), optimizing for CPL and pipeline ROI.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reliable attribution in collaboration with the RevOps team.
  • Define the US events strategy, including conference selection, presence, and measuring commercial impact.
  • Partner with the Global Event Manager to ensure US trade shows are commercially impactful.
  • Design pre-show outreach to book meetings and post-show email sequences to convert booth traffic into qualified pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in MedTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare SaaS.
  • Cardiology or RPM experience is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of delivering results in both product marketing (messaging, positioning, sales enablement) and demand generation (campaigns, lead nurturing, email marketing).
  • Ability to write positioning & strategy documents and build email workflows.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills to translate complex clinical AI data into physician-friendly copy.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools (Salesforce, Brevo or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in AI and its impact on marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments where strategy and execution are owned.
  • Comfortable being the only dedicated marketing resource in the US, with support from a global team.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and executing necessary tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership.
