About the Role
Join a high-performing team supporting a high-frequency, multi-studio streaming platform. You will operate robotic camera systems and provide technical support for simultaneous live and on-demand content production as part of our Flex Workforce.
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic camera systems and support technical setup for live and recorded productions
- Collaborate with technical directors and vision mixers to execute real-time shot transitions
- Track talent movement and maintain high-quality framing
- Adapt camera techniques across diverse studio environments
- Serve as the first point of escalation for production-related troubleshooting
- Monitor and uphold production quality for live and prerecorded streams
- Support workflows for transforming live events into on-demand assets
- Ensure smooth execution of production protocols and timings
- Perform quality control on scenic assets and remote content
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Professional experience in live broadcast, studio, or live event production
- Hands-on experience with robotic camera systems
- Ability to collaborate with technical directors and vision mixers during live multi-camera production
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow structured procedures
- Basic familiarity with audio mixers and live studio audio environments
- Ability to multitask under pressure with high attention to detail
- Basic Mac OS X and Apple computer proficiency
- Availability for shift-based rotations including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
