This role focuses on delivering an amazing customer experience, building rapport with regular customers, and providing fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner. Team members will act as brand ambassadors, embodying Ally Fashion values and making every day brighter.

Responsibilities

• Stay on top of stock levels.
• Connect with and understand customers to drive sales results.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising.
• Support store duties.
• Deliver amazing customer experience.
• Build rapport with regular customers.
• Provide fashion consultation.
• Work on the sales floor.
• Assist at the front register.
• Provide fitting room assistance.
• Assist in store reserves.
