About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Laser, Skin, and Body Educator to join our education team. This role involves managing and delivering training sessions, ensuring learners are proficient in theoretical knowledge and practical skills in laser, skin, and body treatments, assessing skill gaps, and providing action plans for improvement while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver training sessions within your allocated region.
- Ensure learners are proficient in theoretical knowledge and practical skills in laser, skin, and body treatments.
- Assess skill gaps and provide action plans for improvement.
- Ensure all training is delivered in compliance with safety protocols and policies.
- Lead and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Identify and address skill gaps.
- Ensure training is conducted in full compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide constructive feedback and encourage collaboration to improve learning materials and training effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of learners by providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years+ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience and expertise in laser, skin, and body treatments.
- Strong sales experience, preferably from the same industry
- Solid stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/guidance and collaboratively within cross functional teams
