About the Role
This role is designed around the key pillars of the Executive Engagement strategy: Executive Briefings, Executive Events & hosting at one of our Customer Experience Centers. If you are a highly motivated and adaptable Executive Engagements Specialist, then this role is made for you!
Responsibilities
- Develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships to help drive positive customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales and marketing to identify key customer engagement opportunities.
- Create agendas for Sales and customers visiting our Customer Experience Centers.
- Support Tier 1 events from planning, customer outreach, and executive meeting activities.
- Upkeep and management of the Customer Experience Center and working with other internal teams to ensure it is fully operational.
- Manage the executive briefing process, including developing comprehensive briefing documents and preparing executives.
- Ensure all database information for engagements are tracked and uploaded to proper systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint).
- Utilize Event Management software to create registration pages, manage invites, and handle report uploading/downloading.
- Create reports as needed for the team to showcase event activity and other quarterly metrics for your office.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, customer success, and regional marketing to align executive messaging with tangible sales objectives and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with regional sales leaders and regional marketing to ensure all executive activities amplify the sales message and drive business outcomes.
- Create personalized experiences for customers and deliver in-person support to all engagements in the office requiring the Customer Experience Center.
Requirements
- Proficiency with project management tools and Salesforce.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to interact with customers in a face-to-face setting.
- A customer-first attitude to ensure a positive experience.
- An understanding of the sales process and how to provide value through efforts.
