About the Role

As a Retail Store Team Member at Lindt Chocolate Shops, you will support the team by spreading the word about Lindt, creating meaningful customer relationships, preparing beverage orders, educating customers on products, and acting as a brand ambassador with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
• Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
• Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate
• Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience
• Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends
