About the Role
As a Cruise Planner, you will curate customized cruise packages, coordinate travel logistics, and ensure every detail of the client's vacation exceeds expectations from embarkation to return.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify cruise preferences including destinations, cruise lines, and onboard experiences.
- Research, design, and book customized cruise itineraries and travel arrangements.
- Provide expert advice on cruise lines, ships, excursions, dining, and entertainment.
- Build and maintain relationships with cruise line representatives and suppliers.
- Assist with travel documentation such as passports, visas, and insurance.
- Manage special requests, upgrades, and onboard packages.
