About the Role

This is an Expression of Interest for Trader opportunities. By registering, you are putting yourself on our radar for current and upcoming Trader roles. Our traders own real risk and real decisions from early on, working in a fast-moving environment where good judgement, discipline, and a constant drive to improve matter more than a perfect CV. We hire at a range of levels, from early-career traders we’ll train up, through to experienced traders and market makers who can step in and run a book.

Responsibilities

Execute trading strategies across our markets and products with discipline and precision
Monitor positions and manage risk in real time, in line with firm limits and frameworks
Identify, test, and act on trading opportunities as market conditions evolve
Take ownership of your P&L and the decisions behind it
Analyse market behaviour, flow, and performance to refine your approach
Continuously review trades and outcomes to sharpen decision-making
Stay across relevant market events, products, and structural changes
Work closely with quantitative researchers and technologists to improve strategies and tooling
Share ideas openly and contribute to a culture of collective learning
Help mentor and develop newer traders as you grow

Requirements

Strong numerical, analytical, and probabilistic reasoning
Sound judgement and composure when making decisions under pressure
Genuine risk awareness and the discipline to stick to a process
A competitive, self-driven mindset and a hunger to keep improving
Clear communication and the ability to work well within a team
A real interest in markets and how they work
