Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate OpenShift clusters in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Advise clients on modern DevOps and cloud architectures.
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and clients.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a DevOps environment.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Tekton).
• Proficiency with container technologies (Docker/Podman).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Ideally, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of security, networks, and modern architecture concepts.
• Independent, structured work style and team spirit.
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills.
