About the Role
Lead high-priority workstreams within an enterprise-wide cybersecurity program, focusing on planning and end-to-end delivery. This role requires navigating ambiguity, managing political friction, and driving delivery momentum across diverse teams under executive scrutiny.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact workstreams within a large-scale regulatory program, ensuring goals are met within approved timeframes, scope, and budget.
- Liaise with business and technology partners, including external third-party vendors, for seamless integration.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of program execution, including business case creation, financial forecasting, risk mitigation, and regulatory mandate fulfillment.
- Integrate complex plans at the program level, refining performance metrics and ensuring workstream alignment with strategic vision.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership for financial reviews and program updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading multiple interdependent workstreams in a large-scale enterprise environment (Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, or Tech Transformation).
- Expertise in mapping stakeholder interests and organizational dynamics to influence leaders without formal authority.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical data into concise, decision-oriented updates for Program Directors and Executive Sponsors.
- Skilled in message shaping, readiness planning, and building buy-in during periods of disruption.
- Ability to distinguish critical from desirable and drive clarity on minimum viable outcomes with incomplete information.
- Proven ability to handle tension constructively, mediate disputes, and prevent delivery paralysis.
- Fluency in cybersecurity concepts (Identity, Cloud, Resilience, Data Protection) to engage credibly with technical teams.
