About the Role

This account sales position focuses on top-tier Japanese financial institutions, working closely with clients on their business challenges and DX themes over the long term. You will lead the entire process from account strategy planning to proposals and delivery support, serving as an IT and business transformation partner. This role involves engaging management and multiple departments to create value continuously, requiring deep account management, customer-driven problem-solving, and the ability to implement large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term account plans with major financial companies.
  • Build relationships and stakeholder management with management, IT, and business departments.
  • Create proposal opportunities on a variety of topics, including digital transformation, application development, infrastructure, and data.
  • Design solutions in collaboration with global teams.
  • Acquire, drive, and deliver large-scale projects.
  • Implement account growth strategies that support clients' mid-term IT and business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management for large enterprises.
  • Experience in proposal-based sales.
  • Experience in consulting and/or PMO roles involving management issues, business transformation, or IT planning.
  • Experience in DX planning at financial institutions or stakeholder coordination within IT departments.
