About the Role
We are seeking friendly, high-energy full-time Servers with open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and are passionate about delivering Best in Class service.
Responsibilities
- Provide polished, professional service in accordance with fine dining standards
- Build rapport with members and guests to create a welcoming and personalized experience
- Execute all aspects of table service including menu knowledge, wine service, and proper table settings
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining room
- Uphold club policies and service standards with consistency and integrity
- Taking food and drink orders
- Entering orders into our point-of-sale system
- Ensuring guests are served efficiently and courteously
- Work closely with both front and back-of-house teams to provide a seamless dining experience
- Creating a refined yet relaxed dining experience for our members and their guests
- Anticipate needs
Requirements
- Experienced Bartender to provide refined yet relaxed dining experience for our members and guests.
- Professional, full-time Server to join our food & beverage team at our private country club.
- 3-4 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale resort environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service.
- 3-4 years of Bar experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting
- Knowledge of wine and classic service etiquette preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
