About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to lead the development of seasonal collections and capsule drops. The role requires a deep understanding of modest fashion, modern tailoring, and fabric storytelling to translate concepts into commercially viable designs.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections including Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Ramadan, Eid, and limited drops
• Develop mood boards, color stories, and fabric direction
• Create detailed technical sketches and spec sheets for production
• Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments
• Oversee sampling and fittings
• Collaborate with pattern makers and manufacturers
• Ensure collections align with brand identity and campaign direction
• Contribute to campaign concepts and styling direction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in women’s fashion design
• Strong understanding of silhouettes, drape, and fabric behavior
• Experience designing dresses, abayas, and occasionwear
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial appeal
• Experience working with manufacturers and managing production timelines
• Strong understanding of size grading including plus and petite sizes
