Satori Mortgage is a national team of 50+ producing loan officers who share wins and support each other. We are a brokerage and correspondent lender offering real lending power and a wide range of options without corporate bloat. We provide real-time answers and support from originators, not managers, and offer direct access to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Generate your own business through referral relationships, agent partnerships, personal brand, or outbound efforts.
- Close opportunities into funded loans.
- Participate in Bootcamp Sessions and ongoing development.
- Utilize AI tools for business development and client interactions.
- Collaborate with a pod leader for borrower calls and agent/builder Zooms when needed.
Requirements
- Must generate your own business.
- Must close what you start.
- Must be coachable and open to feedback.
- Must be willing to outwork the room.
- Must be comfortable with a 100% commission, self-generating role.
- Must not be looking to be fed leads.
