About the Role
As a Paid Service Beauty Advisor, you are an expert in all things beauty, guiding clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio & beyond. Your role involves teaching, inspiring, and playing with clients, while working with diverse teams and leaders who support your evolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches.
- Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment and handling bookings and rebookings.
- Participate in sales events and promotions to drive customer engagement and contribute to sales goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
- Knowledge of trending beauty products.
- Passion for client service and selling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
