Responsibilities
- Own and deliver high-level design (HLD) and review detailed technical design (DTD) at the component level.
- Translate business and high-level requirements into implementable components.
- Design and integrate solutions across UI, backend services, SQL Server databases, and Kafka-based messaging.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to guide development teams.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural, coding, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on technical estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience in Java or .NET.
- Strong experience with RDBMS, including data modeling, stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and event-driven systems.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical designs and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices.
