About the Role
The Associate AI Enablement Manager supports the AI Enablement & Innovation Manager in advancing AI adoption, alignment, and operational delivery across Global Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structured program execution with strategic problem-solving. The Associate operates as both an execution engine and a strategic partner—owning stakeholder alignment, managing end-to-end work-stream delivery, and driving necessary decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive assigned AI enablement workstreams from intake through implementation, helping Global Marketing teams move ideas forward in a responsible, organized, and scalable way.
- Improve the efficiency and consistency of AI intake, triage, and discovery processes by validating use cases, coordinating collaborator discussions, and supporting early risk routing and governance readiness.
- Maintain transparency into roadmap progress, dependencies, and blockers, proactively chasing stale updates and resolving operational blockers impacting the HAE progress and delivery efforts.
- Strengthen operational excellence by keeping AI documentation, team artifacts, and the central registry of AI agents and tools accurate, current, and easy for partners to use.
- Translate enterprise AI policies, technical guidance, and emerging market developments into clear communications, practical documentation, and simple low-code or no-code solutions for business stakeholders.
- Build strong alignment across Global Marketing and cross-functional partners, including governance, CRM, Brand, Product Marketing, MarTech, and operations teams, to support informed decisions and shared progress on active AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in AI enablement, AI adoption, marketing operations, digital transformation, program management, or a related field.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.
- A solid understanding of the AI landscape, including tools, trends, and common business use cases.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts in a fast-evolving environment.
- Ability to translate technical or policy-heavy material into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience tracking dependencies, maintaining accurate documentation, assembling detailed materials, and keeping programs moving forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing updates, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and partnering effectively across marketing, operations, and governance teams.
