About the Role

Own the organization's digital nervous system by leading the lifecycle management of critical SaaS ecosystem, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by testing and deploying features, and building automated release pipelines for streamlined operations and data governance. Translate technical roadmaps into strategic plans, manage cross-functional projects, and partner with security and engineering teams to replace redundant tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the lifecycle management of the critical SaaS ecosystem (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Ensure top-tier reliability, security, and performance of the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by stress-testing and deploying features like Slack AI and Google Gemini.
  • Build automated release pipelines to streamline operations and enforce data governance.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
  • Partner with security and engineering teams to replace redundant tooling.
  • Serve as a tier-3 escalation point.
  • Mitigate workplace friction while maintaining high platform reliability through automation.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in software or systems engineering.
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures (e.g., Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, Zapier).
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, AI integration, Agile methodologies, SaaSops, Release Management, RBAC, and Enterprise Tooling Administration.
