About the Role
As a Professional Services Consultant on the ACTIVENet Implementation team, you will drive new business growth by implementing ACTIVENet (ANET) SaaS solutions. You will deliver technical services across ACTIVE’s enterprise software platforms, including database, platform, and infrastructure management, system integrations, and hardware configuration. This role involves working directly with clients remotely and onsite throughout North America to analyze business problems and deploy technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution planning and design by partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements and design tailored hardware, software, and integration solutions.
- Drive successful implementations by coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and aligned with defined timelines.
- Develop deployment and training strategies, including creating and executing technology rollout plans and end-user training.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Consultants, and other stakeholders to align functional requirements with deliverables.
- Ensure smooth project transitions by partnering with support teams for effective handoffs at project close.
