About the Role
This role is integral to telling The Trade Desk story in a compelling way to clients and partners across the Los Angeles market, driving the strategy and execution of integrated marketing efforts that strengthen awareness, consideration, and adoption of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling narratives that illustrate the company's value for brands and agencies
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies engaging clients across various categories, with a focus on automotive and entertainment
- Build strong relationships with commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research, Digital, Events, Strategic Positioning, Social, Creative, and PR to roll out integrated campaigns
- Lead content development for thought leadership initiatives including reports, discussion guides, and speaking opportunities
- Track marketing performance through key KPIs to optimize ongoing efforts
- Support execution of key tentpole events and conferences
- Manage industry sponsorships and partner activations from contract to execution
- Contribute to the team's culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns across North America with the opportunity to shape global strategy
Requirements
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in business or marketing roles
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles
- Foundational knowledge of the ad tech landscape
- Familiarity with the advertising conference landscape and event execution
- Proven experience in executive-facing roles with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams with autonomy
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Fundamental knowledge of the Automotive or Entertainment industries
