About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager (m/f/d) to support and grow our partner channel. This relationship-focused role involves managing a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring successful solution adoption, and driving retention and growth. You will collaborate with Partner Business Development Managers on existing relationships and new opportunities, making this an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional aiming for a career in account management within a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partners
  • Drive partner success through adoption, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Coordinate and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing partner enablement
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (in partnership with BDMs)
  • Act as a central point of coordination between partners and internal teams
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and partner engagement materials
  • Manage day-to-day partner requests, including onboarding and administrative processes
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner experience
  • Occasional travel

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or partner management (approx. 2–4 years)
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable balancing client-facing activity with administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or risk-related industries is highly regarded
  • Exposure to partner or channel ecosystems is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
