About the Role

The Product Delivery Manager will lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through to release. This role involves driving delivery momentum, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders within both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leads to translate goals into delivery plans, milestones, and backlog priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams, balancing capacity and resolving blockers.
• Maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation of risks, actions, and dependencies.
• Facilitate delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage cross-team and third-party dependencies to ensure smooth release activities.
• Track delivery performance using dashboards and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate issues early with proposed mitigation strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and performance insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technical initiatives with ownership of planning, execution, and governance.
• Strong understanding of software and technical delivery environments.
• Command of project management disciplines including RAID management and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery approaches like Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Waterfall or phase-gate methods.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in delivery tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
