Responsibilities
- Craft and steer construction strategies.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and help Autodesk lead with practical, high-impact strategies.
- Dive into construction trends and uncover insights that shape the EMEA market.
- Build relationships with industry leaders, trade groups, and key partners.
- Translate complex market signals into clear strategies.
- Build partnerships across the construction ecosystem.
- Work with sales teams to strengthen customer relationships.
- Connect with the start-up ecosystem to spark innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure Autodesk Forma solutions meet EMEA market needs.
- Team up with marketing to craft messaging that excites customers.
- Partner with customer success to turn clients into raving fans.
Requirements
- Construction experience: 8+ years.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the UK market.
- Strategic mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, spotting patterns, and crafting strategies.
- Tech fluency: Understanding of APIs, SaaS, AI/ML.
- Regional knowledge: Understanding of how EMEA markets differ.
- Collaboration skills: Thrives leading cross-functional projects and working with diverse teams.
- Strong communicator: Ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Data-driven: Ability to discover insights from data and act on them.
- MBA or consulting experience (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) is preferred.
- Cross-cultural experience is preferred.
- Industry network is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial: Enjoys building, creating, and experimenting.
