About the Role
As an Application Engineer in the Data & AI division, this position is responsible for the entire V-shaped waterfall development process, from customer system requirements definition to development, implementation, and testing. Depending on the project, you may be stationed at the client's site. Work content and employment conditions can be discussed individually.
Responsibilities
- Create and review system requirements definitions and specification documents (RD/FR).
- Create and confirm basic design documents (BD) and support system configuration planning.
- Coordinate specifications and interface adjustments with clients and vendors.
- Create detailed design documents (DD) and implement code.
- Participate in code reviews and internal quality checks.
- Make design decisions considering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and execute unit and integration tests.
- Create test specifications and test result reports.
- Analyze and fix defects.
- Manage schedules and issues, reporting to the leader as needed.
- Communicate with team members and clients using Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain and manage technical documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with V-shaped waterfall development.
- Practical experience as an engineer across all phases from requirements definition to testing.
- Practical experience in at least one of basic design, detailed design, coding (Java, C#), or unit testing.
- Experience creating documents such as requirements definitions, design documents, and test specifications.
- Ability to collaborate smoothly with team members and clients (comfortable using online tools like Microsoft Teams).
- Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
