Responsibilities

• Manage IPO readiness.

Requirements

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in the following areas:
• Accounting systems.
• Preparation of consolidated and standalone financial statements.
• Preparation of consolidated cash flow statements.
• Preparation of disclosure documents.
• Preparation and disclosure of financial statements compliant with IFRS.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• English proficiency for reading and writing.
