About the Role
Provides service for the installation, maintenance, operation, and quality control of dispenser equipment to meet customer needs while adhering to corporate safety guidelines. This role monitors equipment, performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots errors, and resolves operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, operate, and perform quality control on dispenser equipment.
- Monitor dispenser equipment to ensure expected operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and determine necessary repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating errors.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Company.
- Drive to customer locations throughout the region, with occasional overnight travel required.
- Wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time.
- Carry heavy loads (up to 75lbs/34kgs) when installing equipment.
- Climb ladders and pull hoses, airlines, and electrical cable.
- Drive for extended periods and stay out of town until job completion.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tow an 18ft open bed trailer with tanks and equipment, ensuring it is properly loaded, strapped, and secured.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
- Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with AC, DC, and pneumatically operated equipment preferred.
- Good computer and communication skills.
- Ability to wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time.
- Ability to carry heavy loads (up to 75lbs/34kgs) when installing equipment.
- Ability to climb ladders and pull hoses, airlines, and electrical cable.
- Ability to drive extended periods of time and stay out of town until job is completed.
- Physical abilities to include walking/standing 40-80%, sitting 30-50%, and lifting (up to 70lbs/31kgs) 30%.
- Demonstrated ability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer that is properly loaded, strapped, and secured with necessary tanks and equipment.
