About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new paid social practice from the ground up, focusing initially on Reddit advertising and expanding to other platforms. You will own the channel, develop the service offering, and eventually build and manage a team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and client-facing skills, supported by the resources of an established agency.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for client Reddit Ads campaigns.
Develop the Reddit Ads playbook, pricing structures, and reporting cadence.
Manage Siege's own paid social campaigns, including retargeting and Meta/LinkedIn ads to support the sales pipeline.
Participate in sales calls to scope and sell paid social services.
Hire and manage an associate once Reddit Ads revenue growth justifies the position.
Develop service infrastructure, including templates, QA processes, attribution models, and reporting standards for paid social.
Execute and advise on campaigns to ensure profitability during the initial phase.

Requirements

5+ years of experience running paid social campaigns in an agency setting, with experience in Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Hands-on experience with Reddit Ads Manager, including Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, and custom audiences.
Proven B2B and B2C experience, particularly in SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech.
Demonstrated comfort with client-facing interactions and presenting campaign performance.
Strong written communication skills for direct client reporting.
A proactive, 'builder' mindset with a passion for scaling a new service line.
