  • Analyze and optimize existing fee structures by developing more granular pricing points and elasticity-driven recommendations.
  • Build and apply pricing models to inform rate card changes and promotional strategies.
  • Deliver actionable insights using quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate pricing performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop data-backed recommendations on pricing activities based on customer needs, product features, and market benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to communicate insights and support execution of pricing and monetization initiatives.
  • Identify and scope high-impact opportunities for pricing and monetization product enhancements.
  • Support growth of priority categories through tailored buyer- and seller-side monetization strategies.
  • Partner with Pricing Tools teams to ensure accurate setup and validation of price changes and promotions.

Requirements

  • Exposure to a pricing role with demonstrated versatility.
  • 5+ years of experience across pricing, product, finance, or adjacent roles, with demonstrated depth in pricing and monetization problem-solving.
  • Experience in marketplace businesses strongly preferred; alternatively, experience in retail or marketing-driven environments with C2C and B2C pricing exposure.
  • Background in revenue management and pricing of services, including experience supporting or owning fee and rate card design.
  • Proven ability to own key metrics, independently drive analysis, and deliver outcomes on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (Google Slides).
  • Solid understanding of pricing analytics, elasticity concepts, fee structures, discounts, and incentive mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, applying structured thinking to loosely defined problems.
  • Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-backed insights and storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to integrate analytical rigor with commercial judgment, balancing customer experience and business impact.
