About the Role
Develop and execute the annual Service Sales business plan, aligning stakeholders to drive contract revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning. Own Service Sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and execution of sales plans to meet or exceed revenue, order, and AOP targets across the full portfolio. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Lead and optimize sales operations, including forecasting tools, quoting processes, marketing programs, and compliance standards to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory adherence. Manage, coach, and hold Service Sales leadership accountable; oversee hiring, workforce planning, performance management, and compensation to drive productivity and engagement. Drive organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration by establishing KPIs, leading change initiatives, and partnering with Sales, Service, Operations, and Marketing to deliver business results.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales leadership
- Service Sales business experience is Required
- Skills include driving large, complex, multi-solution deals
- Complex contracting experience, required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- Strategic impact and oversight for full life cycle management and total ownership
- Excellent communicator with the ability to lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment

Salary/Compensations
- Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive.
- At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $175,000 to $300,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
- Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
