About the Role
This role sits within Research Operations, focusing on designing and improving the operating systems that power Data Operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems that enhance researcher experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for one or more Research Operations product areas.
- Define and improve systems for intake, prioritization, resource allocation, execution visibility, quality management, and operational planning.
- Partner with engineers to design, build, and launch tools to increase operational efficiency.
- Identify recurring execution bottlenecks and convert manual workflows into scalable systems.
- Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive process standardization while maintaining research flexibility.
- Partner with Production Operations to improve throughput, staffing visibility, training systems, and execution quality.
- Collaborate with researchers to understand workflow pain points and operational needs.
- Translate ambiguous operational challenges into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate operational performance and prioritize high-leverage investments.
