About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and driven Marketing Specialist – Workshop Concepts to join our team. In this role, you will execute marketing strategies that enable our nationwide network of partner shops to offer exclusive services to their customers, enhancing their business growth and customer experience. This position requires the ability to speak and write concisely, manage tasks that contribute to the overall success of SSF’s Workshop Concept, interact with customers and vendors by telephone, and email.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing team, vendors, customers and buying group to schedule and execute marketing activities in coordination with the overall workshop concept strategy.
- Oversee the selection and distribution of promotional merchandise and interior design items that elevate the look and presentation of repair shops, helping partners differentiate themselves in the market.
- Coordinate internally the presentation of the material offerings and effectively communicate through email, phone, digital campaigns the components the program will offer the shops.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to expand and strengthen our nationwide network of partner repair shops.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and resource materials to help partner shops maximize the benefits of our exclusive services.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing initiatives, providing regular feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage support programs that empower partner shops to leverage web and social media platforms, driving online visibility and customer acquisition.
- Schedule technical training events through social media and utilize available content from events to increase online presence.
- Assist with marketing design projects such as sales flyers, company magazine, customer incentives, and training materials.
- Travel to customer events and contribute to the overall experience for our customers.
Requirements
- Superb organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and customers.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing programs.
- Experience with product merchandising and retail environment enhancements is a plus
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Repetitive use of hands and arms

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
