About the Role
Serve as the clinical expert and sales/business support for customers in Eastern Canada for our MRI modality. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust. Lead and own the business with a proactive and customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships. Support the Account Manager (AM)/Account Executive (AE) in the sales process, from solution definition and design to proposing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory. Provide Marketing with valuable insights into sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats, ensuring they can best support the sales team with up-to-date and relevant resources. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on our MRI portfolio, leveraging your technical knowledge to support the AM/AE in addressing customer needs and challenges.

Requirements
- 5+ years of direct clinical MRI experience.
- Hands-on experience with sales or clinical applications in health tech industry.
- Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be willing to travel, including overnights.
- You must reside in eastern Canada.
- Canadian work authorization is a precondition of employment.

- plus company/fleet car
