About the Role
The Community Associate will support the Community Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience for all Members and Visitors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and stock shared kitchen spaces and common areas.
- Conduct inventory and procurement processes.
- Conduct exemplary tours for prospective members and follow up as required.
- Perform cleaning duties.
- Resolve issues and provide tech support for onsite Members, including meeting rooms, zoom rooms, printers, phones, and internet.
- Maintain reception coverage for all Members, guests, and vendors.
- Manage inbound/outbound reception phone calls, including responding, redirecting, and forwarding.
- Capture photographs and content for company social media accounts.
- Manage and oversee the location calendar, daily appointments, and scheduling of meeting rooms and onsite resources.
- Maintain accurate member database information.
- Greet and customize experiences for all members.
- Manage mail services for all members, including forwarding, delivering to office, and scanning.
- Track and upload receipts for all procurement expenses.
- Accountable for timely submissions of Monthly Credit Card Purchase Orders.
- Submit monthly printer logs to accounting.
Requirements
- Occasional after-hours and weekend work required.
- Shifting workday hours based on opening and closing duties.
- Required cleaning tasks and daily rounds.
- Ability to move 30lbs as it relates to onsite inventory, storage, and member equipment needs.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management, organizational and people skills.
- Proficiency in various technology platforms and related systems.
- Energetic and active in building meaningful relationships.
- Creative thinker, flexible and appreciate a little creative chaos.
