About the Role

The District Manager oversees the performance, consistency, and health of multiple Brodie League locations. This role focuses on scaling operations, developing leadership teams, and ensuring high-quality league experiences through operational excellence and system adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all locations meet the Brodie Standard regarding game flow, staffing, stats, content, and player experience
  • Monitor weekly execution and proactively address operational gaps
  • Develop and coach General and League Managers to operate independently
  • Act as the primary point of support for location leadership
  • Enforce adherence to company systems, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
  • Provide field feedback to improve operational processes
  • Support new market launches including research, facility selection, and staff onboarding
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on manager development
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of standardized systems and processes
  • Experience overseeing consistent execution across multiple locations or teams
  • Effective problem-solving and escalation management skills
  • Operationally minded with a focus on workflow efficiency and automation
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to on-site locations
  • Ability to work 5 days in-office at the Toronto HQ in Liberty Village
