About the Role
The District Manager oversees the performance, consistency, and health of multiple Brodie League locations. This role focuses on scaling operations, developing leadership teams, and ensuring high-quality league experiences through operational excellence and system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all locations meet the Brodie Standard regarding game flow, staffing, stats, content, and player experience
- Monitor weekly execution and proactively address operational gaps
- Develop and coach General and League Managers to operate independently
- Act as the primary point of support for location leadership
- Enforce adherence to company systems, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Provide field feedback to improve operational processes
- Support new market launches including research, facility selection, and staff onboarding
- Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on manager development
- Proven ability to drive adoption of standardized systems and processes
- Experience overseeing consistent execution across multiple locations or teams
- Effective problem-solving and escalation management skills
- Operationally minded with a focus on workflow efficiency and automation
- Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to on-site locations
- Ability to work 5 days in-office at the Toronto HQ in Liberty Village
