About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandising, store recovery, and supporting omni-channel processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Complete truck unloading and merchandising duties.
  • Maintain store recovery standards.
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Execute cash handling to standards.
  • Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
  • Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
  • Perform merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process.
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
  • Support shrink and safety programs.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
  • Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be available to start at 5am to assist with truck unload and merchandising duties.
  • Applicants in Canada must satisfy federal, provincial, and local legal requirements of the job.
  • Team members in this role must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
