About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandising, store recovery, and supporting omni-channel processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
- Complete truck unloading and merchandising duties.
- Maintain store recovery standards.
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Execute cash handling to standards.
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
- Perform merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be available to start at 5am to assist with truck unload and merchandising duties.
- Applicants in Canada must satisfy federal, provincial, and local legal requirements of the job.
- Team members in this role must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
