About the Role
The Project Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and project coordination support to the Hazardous Materials Group, ensuring the effective delivery of consulting projects through accurate documentation, quality control of deliverables, and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination
- Assist with project setup, file management, and maintaining digital project records
- Manage scheduling, deadlines, and internal follow-ups
- Assemble client deliverables ensuring timely delivery, accurate formatting, and completion of quality forms
- Enter and update reports in project software
- Coordinate meetings and compile/distribute minutes
- Maintain a positive company image internally and externally
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, service-oriented demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
