About the Role
The Liquidity & Capital Markets team supports Northleaf funds across Private Equity, Private Credit, and Infrastructure. This role focuses on improving investor outcomes through disciplined financing and strategic liquidity planning for efficient capital deployment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day liquidity needs and recommend financing strategies.
- Oversee third-party service providers for accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop a strong understanding of fund structures, investments, and liquidity drivers.
- Own liquidity forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Perform scenario analysis and liquidity modeling.
- Analyze forecast variances and trends to support decision-making.
- Translate complex liquidity information into clear insights and reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting, reporting, and data quality.
- Coach team members on forecasting techniques and communication of insights.
- Own the ongoing management and optimization of credit facilities.
- Monitor borrowing bases, facility utilization, and financing costs.
- Ensure credit facilities remain in good standing by managing compliance and documentation.
- Evaluate financing alternatives and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, lenders, and counsel for financing facilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on liquidity management and financing facilities.
- Independently drive initiatives from inception through implementation.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to recommend enhancements.
- Develop reporting, analytical tools, and scalable processes.
- Mentor junior team members and help establish scalable practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in asset management and private markets investments.
- Direct experience with credit facilities is valuable and preferred.
- Experience with ABL, NAV, or Hybrid facilities is particularly valuable.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and professional curiosity.

- $130,000 - $150,000 per year
