Responsibilities

  • Implement end-to-end features and user stories including analysis, design, development, validation, deployment, and support
  • Design, code, test, and debug Java applications for performance, security, and maintainability
  • Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs in a distributed architecture
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to plan and deliver software solutions
  • Apply security principles and industry best practices to application and API design
  • Contribute to architectural patterns including Domain-Driven Design
  • Design, query, and optimize relational database data models
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
  • Utilize AI tools like Copilot to enhance development productivity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot
  • Exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as React.js
  • 6+ years of experience in modern software engineering with a focus on API development
  • 4+ years of experience with messaging systems like Kafka or JMS
  • 4+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, or Grafana
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud-native development using Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • 3+ years of experience with relational databases
  • Proven experience in microservices architecture and secure RESTful APIs
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered development tools
  • Must pass a drug test prior to employment
