About the Role
We are seeking a leader with technical curiosity and business acumen to drive transformation in a high-growth environment. You will bridge the gap between product teams, engineering, marketing, sales, and customers to unlock the power of OCI for strategic clients.
Responsibilities
- Unlock the power of OCI with strategic customers.
- Understand strategic customer needs and align them with OCI product footprints.
- Act as a conduit between inbound product teams, engineering, marketing, sales, and customers.
- Identify cloud adoption drivers, value propositions, and solutions.
- Determine key reference customer requirements and deliver desired features.
- Run programs and analytics to evaluate performance.
- Drive product marketing direction, vision, roadmap, and execution across multiple teams.
- Manage messaging, collateral development, and GTM efforts.
- Drive solutions and requirements into roadmaps to increase customer demand.
- Incubate product features and capabilities through customer validation with engineering and ML teams.
- Create customer reference programs, sales collateral, website content, reference architectures, and white papers.
- Present to executive leadership and top-tier reference customers.
- Manage strategic field engagement to grow international footprint, gain market share, and retain customers.
Requirements
- Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Technical depth and breadth to understand OCI products and services.
- Must be able to work onsite in Nashville, TN or Seattle, WA.
