Responsibilities
- Independent management of selected phases in the M&A process with direct involvement in communication with clients.
- Conception and creation of investment memoranda and other transaction-relevant documents.
- Conducting company valuations using common methods such as DCF, LBO, and multiples.
- Analysis of market and competitive trends and creation of well-founded industry and sector studies.
- Support and professional development of analysts within project work.
Requirements
- Excellent degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, accounting, or strategy consulting.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and convincing communication skills in German and English.
- Proficient use of common financial tools.
- Personally convincing, team-oriented, with a clear focus on quality and the ability to develop oneself and others.
