About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the primary marketing lead for the Phoenix location, driving initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business growth through cohesive execution of marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives by implementing campaigns across print, digital, and signage channels.
  • Support public relations efforts by assisting in strategy development and managing partner communications.
  • Plan and execute events including site openings, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Manage digital presence by collaborating on social media content, maintaining calendars, and monitoring online activity.
  • Support creative execution, review materials, and maintain marketing collateral inventory.
  • Assist in developing budgets, media plans, and preparing RFQs for suppliers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or public relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
