About the Role

MTI is a technology innovator enhancing customer interactions with major brands. As an entry-level/trainee Technician, you will assist senior technicians in installing, troubleshooting, merchandising, and maintaining interactive consumer electronic displays and devices within retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with break-fix, installation, and maintenance work.
• Performing general merchandising.
• Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Conducting break-fix repairs.
• Performing planogram resets.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must possess a current Driver's License, insurance, and a vehicle.
• Technically inclined.
• Adaptable to a variety of work.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Must have an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data.
• Flexible availability Monday-Friday.
• Frequent use of hand tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear, and drive.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder no more than 10 feet.
