About the Role
Quantexa's Global Alliances team drives strategic growth by forging and accelerating relationships with leading consulting and technology firms to promote AI and Decision Intelligence solutions globally. This role offers a platform for influence and career growth by tackling complex, high-value challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead global strategic relationships with named technology platform partners, orchestrating from C-suite alignment to field-level co-sell execution.
- Build programmatic partnership foundations, including joint Annual Operating Plans, governance cadences, and quantitative scorecards.
- Drive joint go-to-market motions such as co-sell plays, field engagement programs, and demand generation campaigns to generate pipeline and revenue.
- Identify and co-develop joint value propositions and own the joint narrative for field teams.
- Lead the development of joint solutions, reference architectures, marketplace listings, and funding programs, managing integration roadmaps and co-innovation.
- Own partner enablement in both directions to ensure effective articulation of Quantexa's platform and understanding of partner capabilities.
- Act as Quantexa’s internal champion for partners, feeding back partner roadmap inputs, ecosystem priorities, and field intelligence.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Marketing to align resources and bring scalable offerings to market.
Requirements
- Strong track record of managing strategic technology partnerships, with success in building governance frameworks and programmatic operating models.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, including defining partner scorecards and KPI frameworks.
- Technical credibility with sufficient fluency in cloud, data, and AI platforms for productive engagement with partner teams.
- Experience navigating partner program mechanics like co-sell incentives, MDF allocation, marketplace listings, and certification tracks.
- Execution mindset with proven ability to align stakeholders at all levels and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
