About the Role

Join our growing team and support existing and future workload on a variety of municipal infrastructure projects, including sewers, drainage, and water/wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide design services for municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Support project managers and manage the project design team.
  • Assist with delivering Environmental Assessment Reports, Studies, and Detailed Design.
  • Complete multiple simultaneous projects for various clients.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Promote a high-performance team culture.
  • Assist in Business Development and Proposal Preparation.
  • Provide design support to Contract Administrators and Site Inspectors during the construction phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
  • P.Eng with PEO or CET with OACETT is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in municipal infrastructure design.
  • Experience designing vertical infrastructure such as pump stations is an asset.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation.

  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
