About the Role
This role is a great opportunity to drive meaningful change at Clarion, an Employer of the Year award winner. As a Change Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that improve operations, benefit customers, and enhance business processes. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives, transforming ideas into action through well-defined project plans, robust business cases, and seamless implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business-critical projects from discovery through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Engage and influence key stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure successful adoption of change.
- Develop and manage business cases that assess impact on customers, people, processes, policies, and technology.
- Apply structured project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to drive success.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication and proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring projects deliver tangible business benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and delivering change projects within a large, complex organisation, preferably in public sector, housing, or regulated industries.
- A recognised project or programme management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Change Management methodologies.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects, including cloud-based solutions and enterprise-wide system implementations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills—able to navigate complex relationships, communicate effectively, and influence at all levels.
- A collaborative leader, able to bring teams together, drive engagement, and embed new ways of working.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
