About the Role
As a Product Manager I within the Inventory Solutions portfolio, you will translate business strategy and stakeholder insights into actionable product plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage the product roadmap, and ensure the delivery of high-quality platform capabilities for Manheim, Central Dispatch, or Ready Logistics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer and market research to identify pain points and opportunities in carrier and shipper workflows
- Analyze data to inform product decisions regarding listing, dispatch, and delivery processes
- Support the development and refinement of product vision, feature requirements, and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners on product planning, development, and release
- Remove blockers and clarify requirements to support successful delivery
- Prepare project status updates and facilitate stakeholder communication
- Participate in post-launch evaluation and iteration based on customer feedback and metrics
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve product experiences
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with less than 2 years of experience, or 4 years of experience in a related field without a degree
- Demonstrated ability to ask insightful questions and drive understanding
- Propensity for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and market dynamics
- Foundational skills in managing multiple priorities, requirements analysis, and system integration
- Technology savvy with the ability to learn complex platforms
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
