About the Role

This role is a great opportunity to drive meaningful change at Clarion, an Employer of the Year award winner. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that improve operations, benefit customers, and enhance business processes by leading the end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business-critical projects from discovery through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure successful adoption of change.
  • Develop and manage business cases that assess impact on customers, people, processes, policies, and technology.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to drive success.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication and proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring projects deliver tangible business benefits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and delivering change projects within a large, complex organisation, preferably in public sector, housing, or regulated industries.
  • A recognised project or programme management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Change Management methodologies.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation projects, including cloud-based solutions and enterprise-wide system implementations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills—able to navigate complex relationships, communicate effectively, and influence at all levels.
  • A collaborative leader, able to bring teams together, drive engagement, and embed new ways of working.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
