About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards.
  • Conduct mapping sessions and on-floor coaching; review photos and provide actionable feedback.
  • Partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights and develop store-level action plans.
  • Support new store openings and renovations with on-site training and readiness checks.
  • Conduct in-store training sessions within the assigned market and develop best practices.
  • Manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across North America.
  • Manage multiple projects while providing clear project recaps, status updates, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint to support alignment, decision-making, and leadership communication.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Visual Merchandising
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, timeline management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to operate effectively when direction evolves or information is incomplete.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new information, feedback, and changing conditions.
  • Ability to build effective, trust-based relationships across levels and functions.
  • Ability to find thoughtful, brand-right solutions within guidelines and constraints.
  • Ability to apply customer insight to visual decisions and store-level coaching.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality visual execution and follow through on commitments.
