About the Role

Your work will transform lives and communities by completing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

Responsibilities

  • Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Cleans up after work is complete.
  • Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
  • Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
  • Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

Skills

  • Take direction from the supervisor.
  • Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
  • Flexible to change work plans.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Salary/Compensations

  • $24-25.75 per hour, dependent on experience
